- Superglue for filling gaps with excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates
- Unlike traditional 2C systems, the special formulation offers a long processing time with rapid initial strength after joining.
- Mixing nozzle allows simple and accurate dispensing
This product is not recommended for use in contact with pure oxygen or oxygen-enriched systems. Avoid contact with chlorine or other strongly oxidising substances.
Excellent adhesion to plastics, wood, metals, aluminium and porous and uneven surfaces.
Insert the separately supplied double piston into the recess provided on the syringe body. Then remove the front cap and press a small amount of glue onto a piece of pulp/cloth until both components run freely. Then clean the cartridge outlet, put on the mixing nozzle and press a small amount of glue through the mixing nozzle onto a piece of pulp/cloth until the material runs in a homogeneous mixture. Apply a sufficient amount of adhesive to the stickers and ensure that a maximum gap of 2 mm is reached during pressing. Thicker layers are possible, but require composite and application testing. Make sure that the adhesive escapes from the sides to ensure that the gap is completely filled. Secure the adhesive parts to prevent them from moving during the curing process. Avoid excessive pressure or premature stress on the parts, as this can have a negative effect on the thickness of the adhesive layer and thus on the quality of the bonding. If in doubt, use a spacer and test the stress point or contact Würth. Achieving functional hardness of the adhesive is influenced by numerous factors such as ambient and substrate temperature. Please note, therefore, that the above-indicated parameters have been determined in standard climatic conditions (+23 °C to +25 °C/50 % humidity). Handling times up to 90 seconds, processing time up to 30 seconds, fills gaps up to 5 mm.
