A fire protection foam for fire-safe sealing of linear joints

Fire-retardant, 1-component, expanding structural foam:


  • Fire resistance classes up to EI 180

  • Joint width up to 30 mm

  • Seals against fire and combustion gases

  • Suitable for application gun

  • Adheres very well to most construction materials

  • Can be used on building materials such as concrete, masonry, clay brick, leca, mortar, etc.

  • Good sound insulation performance
Notice

Usage for fire-rated joint seals must comply with ETA 21/0517 and the Würth assembly instructions. Cover hardened foam against UV radiation, e.g. with plaster, strip, or silicone.

Application area

Sealing of vertical and horizontal construction joints in solid walls (thickness greater than 150 mm) according to ETA-21/0517.

Instructions

Read the safety data sheet before use. The surface must be clean, and free of dust and grease. Moisten the surface with water. When applying the foam, hold the can vertically with the valve pointing downwards. For faster and even curing, re-moisten with water.
