Long processing time and storage life

Long processing time with relatively quick hardening speed, especially for veneering work. Easy to fill to prevent glue bleeding through.

Complies with Emission Class 1

Low formaldehyde content. Using E1 chipboard and hot press glue powder achieves veneered panels that also comply with E1.

Universal application

Excellent application properties in glue application machines and during manual glue application.

Reliable gluing quality

Excellent solubility and high degree of security against glue bleed-through. Reliable gluing of all veneer types.

Notice

Not suitable for outdoor use, as it is not weatherproof.

In conjunction with the tannic acid of the wood, the impact of bare metal may result in blue discolouration, especially with oak, and in red discolouration with beech.

At a pressing temperature above 50°C, brown discolouration may occur with softwood veneers.

Fresh splashes of glue can be removed with water. Older glue residues can only be removed mechanically. Stir the container thoroughly prior to application and always close the container tightly before storing. Protect from frost.

The processing time and the setting time are highly dependent on the working conditions, e.g. the temperatures, moistures, absorption of the materials, application quantities and tensions in the material.
