Economic manual use

Instead of five tools, only one die holder is required for manually cutting male threads M3-M12

Outstanding performance

  • Excellent chip removal in cutting direction thanks to the spiral point

Can be used with almost all materials

Newly developed tool geometry with optimised chip angle

High level of process reliability

due to the lapped, nitrated surface and a longer cut

Easy to use

  • Easier cutting and smaller torque compared to conventional dies

  • Less friction than conventional dies

  • Usable on both sides due to the two-sided cut

Suitable for the ORSY® system, compact and practical system cassette with useful details, such as stackability, optimised joint and simple opening
