Flexible use with cordless drill screwdrivers and on the lathe
The factory-standard dies in the outer diameter of 25x9 mm enable time-saving, true-to-gauge cutting (M3-M10) and repair (M3-M12) of male threads in the 3-jaw chuck in conjunction with the specially developed adapter
Economic manual use
Instead of five tools, only one die holder is required for manually cutting male threads M3-M12
Outstanding performance
- Up to three times longer service life thanks to the 5% cobalt alloy, surface nitration and newly developed tool geometry
- Excellent chip removal in cutting direction thanks to the spiral point
Can be used with almost all materials
Newly developed tool geometry with optimised chip angle
High level of process reliability
due to the lapped, nitrated surface and a longer cut
Easy to use
- Easier cutting and smaller torque compared to conventional dies
- Less friction than conventional dies
- Usable on both sides due to the two-sided cut
Suitable for the ORSY® system, compact and practical system cassette with useful details, such as stackability, optimised joint and simple opening
- When thread cutting, sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added.
- The dies are suitable for manual use with conventional die holders as well as for use with the cordless drill driver and on the lathe (in conjunction with art. 0659 990 001).
- For manual use, please note the following: The die is placed in the die holder at the height of the middle screw. The screws are tightened with a screwdriver. The die is placed vertically on the workpiece. Can be used on both sides. After two revolutions, the cut can be broken by briefly turning back.
- For use in the cordless drill driver or on the lathe, please observe the operating instructions for the adapter specially developed for this, art. 0659999001.
