For a higher cutting speed
The fan-shaped segments provide better heat and dust dissipation compared to traditional segments.
- Diamond cutting discs become dull at excessively high speeds, and wear out too quickly if the peripheral speed is not appropriate.
- If the cutting disc's ease of cutting decreases (indicated by intense sparking), re-sharpen it with an abrasive material, such as sandstone, by performing multiple cuts.
- Perform the cutting of larger workpiece cross-sections in several stages (swing cutting).
- Work without applying pressure — the weight of the machine provides sufficient pressure. Increased pressure results in increased tool wear.
- The diamond cutting discs are designed for straight cuts. Cutting along the arc deforms the edge and may lead to the core cracking or parts detaching – safety hazard!
- Although the tool is safe, always wear safety goggles and protective clothing while working.
- Please consider the information on the label (maximum speed), the factors limiting use, as well as the safety regulations.
- The direction of the arrows on the cutting disc must match the rotational direction of the machine.
- Not suitable for lateral sanding.
- Use the appropriate protective cover.
- The clamping of the tool may only be performed by an experienced specialist (do not apply excessive force, use flawless flanges of the same size, perform a trial run).
- If the abrasive tools are not properly mounted, are used incorrectly, or are damaged, their use becomes dangerous and may cause serious injury
