Quick to fully cure; system 15/30/90
- Cutting possible after 15 minutes
- Final spreading possible after 30 minutes
- Load-bearing after 90 minutes
Dimensionally stable foam
Advantage:
No pressure required during and after the curing phase.
Good adhesive properties
Advantage:
Good adhesion to different surfaces found in construction.
High yield
Advantage:
440 ml filling volume — one can lasts longer.
- Observe pot life of 4 minutes. Failure to do so could cause can to burst. Always foam any excess material — do not leave in the can.
- Can temperature must not exceed +25°C during use.
- Components must have sufficient inherent stability and should be correctly and professionally configured.
- Avoid applications in combination with gas-blocking components or receptacles. Conduct your own tests if necessary.
- When installing door frames, spread professionally for 30 min.
Datasheets(X)
For mounting door frames.
- Remove the red cap and screw on the angled adapter.
- Turn the rotary disc on the base of the can approx. 8 times and shake the can well.
- When applying the foam, hold the can with the angled adapter downwards. To check: Foam must have a uniform light green colour as it comes out. If this is not the case, repeat shaking process.
- Immediately remove fresh splashes of foam with PU cleaner, art. no. 0892 160. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
